We as a BTT provide high level guidance to our clients to reactivate the transportation of employees post protracted lockdown and abide by COVID19 safety measures.

We Offer sanitised transport to our clients
- Cab / Bus are sanitized on regular intervals.
- Fiber Glass partitions between comuters and driversin our cabs for a risk free state of mind based on the client request.
- Our drivers are screened daily at the time of reporting. They are mandated to wear masks at all times while driving and are oriented to the protocols of hand hygiene and social distancing.
- Encourage all personnel to self - declare and inform about any symptoms of respiratory illness.
- Establish a local emergency response team with a dedicated personnel for regular temperature checks for our team members
- Effectively monitering trip feedback provided by cleints to improve the service level
Precautionary Measures
- We made mandatory before each pickup and drop, disinfectant sprayed wiped throughly of door handles, Inside the roof, seat belts and window switch
- Hand sanitizer availability in the cab / bus
- Follow the safety instructions as per the govt instructions
- Aviod refueling during the trip or vehicle stoppage
- Avoid travelling to restricted areas
- Leaving a gap of one slot between 2 vehicles
- Avoid gathering of employees and drivers in the transport bay and transport desk
- Diplaying legal notifications about covid 19 safety
- Passengers are not allowed to site on the front seat

- Contactless sign in and ensure Make sure that the trip sheets are signed digitally by the employees.
- Safeguarding employees with special routing features with the classification - Red, Orange and Green zone
- To improve social distancing, routing planned based on employee tagging and vehicle capacity/type
- Track available seats in real time and flexibility to modify available seat count for each vehicle type.
- Communication to employees based on geography, shift and office location
- Complete sanitization check mechanism.
- Alarm for vehicles that violate the planned routes and enter the Red Zones.
