HSBC Fleet Training & R&R Program at BTT

On 21st March 2026, we successfully conducted a Driver Training and Rewards & Recognition (R&R) Program for our HSBC fleet team, bringing together expertise, collaboration, and appreciation in one impactful session.

Preparing for the Future: ETS Application Training

A key highlight of the day was the hands-on training session for the new ETS application, a crucial step ahead of its upcoming go-live. Designed to enhance operational efficiency and streamline transport management, the session equipped drivers and supervisors with practical knowledge of the system.

The workshop was jointly led by teams from HSBC, Zooper, and BTT, creating a collaborative learning environment. Participants benefited from shared insights, best practices, and real-world learnings from previous implementations across multiple locations.
